Mann’s Easy Mu Shu Broccoli and Pork
Mann’s Broccoli Cole Slaw makes preparing healthy and easy mu shu for dinner a snap!
Ingredients
- 1/2 pound ground pork
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups or 1/2 bag of Mann's Broccoli Cole Slaw
- 1 tablespoon minced ginger
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- Vegetable oil
- Soy sauce
- Large lettuce leaves for wrapping, such as butter lettuce or romain
- Hoisin sauce for serving
- Chopped cilantro and sesame seeds for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Place two tablespoons of oil in a large wok or cast iron skillet over medium heat. Add pork and 1 tablespoon soy sauce. Cook until done and remove and set aside.
- Adding a tablespoon of oil if needed, scramble eggs in pan, using a spatula to cut roughy into small pieces. Remove and set aside.
- Add two tablespoons of vegetable oil into still medium warm pan. Add garlic and ginger and sauté for one minute. Next add Mann's Broccoli Cole Slaw and 1 and 1/2 tablespoons of soy sauce. Sauté for around three minutes or until vegetable are just tender.
- Turn pan off and add meat and eggs back in, stirring to combine.
- Drizzle lettuce wraps with Hoisin sauce and top with veggie and meat mixture. Garnish with chopped cilantro and sesame seeds if desired. Enjoy!
