Summer Vegetable Salad with Homemade Light Ranch Dressing

Inspired by the theme this month, I decided to whip up a fresh vegetable salad that is just perfect for this time of year.

This colorful and crunchy salad is great for picnics and parties or backyard bbq’s. My favorite part? The homemade light ranch dressing – make extra and keep it in your fridge for other salads too!
