Mexican Grilled Corn

A classic way to eat corn at home or on the streets of Mexico.
Ingredients
- For the Corn
- 4 fresh yellow corn, husked
- 1 Tablespoon melted butter
- 1/2 cup Cotija cheese or similar
- 1 lime, cut in half
- hot sauce
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to 400 degrees F.
- Grill cleaned corn until charred, about 5-8 minutes. Brush with melted butter. Sprinkle Cotija cheese, lime juice, salt, pepper and hot sauce. Enjoy!
