A classic way to eat corn at home or on the streets of Mexico.

Ingredients

  • For the Corn
  • 4 fresh yellow corn, husked
  • 1 Tablespoon melted butter
  • 1/2 cup Cotija cheese or similar
  • 1 lime, cut in half
  • hot sauce
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to 400 degrees F.
  2. Grill cleaned corn until charred, about 5-8 minutes. Brush with melted butter. Sprinkle Cotija cheese, lime juice, salt, pepper and hot sauce. Enjoy!
