The South Seas Spicy Slaw and Noodle Salad is an Asian twist on salad/slaw with flavors from Japan, Vietnam and  Thailand.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce, preferably from Vietnam
  • 2 tablespoons sweet Thai chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons Japanese Furikake seasoning
  • 2 teaspoons Sriracha hot sauce
  • 1 package Mann's Broccoli Slaw
  • 1-12 ounce package Shirataki tofu noodles, rinsed and drained
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 cup roasted salted peanuts, rough chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh mint

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl whisk fish sauce, Thai chili sauce, sesame oil, Furikake, and Sriracha.
  2. Stir in broccoli slaw, tofu noodles, green onions, peanuts, cilantro, and mint.
  3. Stir in broccoli slaw, tofu noodles, green onions, peanuts, cilantro, and mint.

Notes

Most all of the ingredients can be found at major grocery stores and definitely at Asian markets
